With its all-you-can-eat menu and thoughtful à la carte options, E Sushi III has created an experience that’s as welcoming as it is delicious.
A Menu for Every Craving
What makes E Sushi III stand out is its flexible dining options. As Cindaee, the restaurant’s manager, explains, “We offer two types of menus: one is our all-you-can-eat menu, and the other is a regular à la carte menu.”d
The all-you-can-eat menu, priced at $31.95 per person, features:
A sushi bar with fresh sushi rolls and sashimi
Hot kitchen dishes like teriyaki, tempura, and appetizers
For those looking for a quick bite, E Sushi III also offers lunch specials with curated sushi roll combinations that are perfect for a mid-day treat. This dual menu concept ensures there’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking to explore a variety of flavors or stick to your tried-and-true favorites.
Creating Memorable Experiences
For Cindaee, the most rewarding part of managing E Sushi III is introducing customers to the diverse offerings. “A lot of customers are surprised when they see how much variety is included in the menu,” she shares. Watching diners delight in their meals and helping them discover new flavors is what makes the hard work worthwhile for the team.
An Inspiring Journey
The story behind E Sushi III reflects the resilience and determination of its owner. She began her journey as a waitress at a sushi restaurant in Connecticut, where her passion for the industry grew. After gaining experience, she partnered with her former boss to open her first restaurant in Flatbush, New York.
Although a fire forced the closure of her original location, she persevered, focusing on growing her second location and eventually opening E Sushi III. This new venture represents not only a continuation of her culinary dreams but also a commitment to bringing authentic Japanese cuisine to more people.
