Snackpass Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Snackpass Referral Program (“Program”) is open to everyone, including all Snackpass restaurant partners, users, and members of the general public.

  • Referrals must be new Snackpass restaurant partners, meaning they have never previously signed up for Snackpass, used any Snackpass service, or been in conversation with Snackpass in the last 6 months.

  • Referrers may not refer any restaurant they own or operate.

  • Determining eligibility of referrals is in the sole discretion of Snackpass.


2. Referral Rewards

  • Referrers will receive a reward in the form of cash gift cards or hardware credits (valid for 1 year) for each eligible referral that qualifies.

  • Reward amount is determined by product suite purchased:

    • Tableside

      • $1,000 for qualified referral

      • If multi-location brand, $500 for each additional location

    • QSR

      • $500 for qualified referral

      • If multi-location brand, $250 for each additional location

    • Food Truck

      • $250 for qualified referral

  • The referred party will be eligible for select free Snackpass hardware upon signing up using the referrer’s unique link or code.

  • Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.


3. Qualifying Referral Criteria

  • A qualifying referral is defined as when a referred restaurant successfully joins Snackpass and achieves "Live" status by reaching at least $2,000 in gross merchandise volume (GMV) through the Snackpass platform.

  • For multi-location brands, each individual restaurant must reach “Live” status to be considered an additional location referral.

  • Snackpass must be the sole order processor for the restaurant.


5. Limitations

  • There are no limitations on the total amount a referrer can earn through the Snackpass Referral Program.

  • Referrers may not refer themselves, create multiple accounts, or engage in any fraudulent activity to earn rewards.

  • Snackpass reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these terms or engaging in dishonest behavior.


6. Reward Distribution

  • Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of a qualifying referral, once the referred restaurant has achieved "live" status and met the $2,000 GMV threshold.

  • Rewards will be delivered in the form of either gift cards or credits, based on the referrer’s preference.

  • Snackpass is not responsible for any delays in the distribution of rewards due to technical issues, account verification, or other unforeseen circumstances.


7. Modification and Termination

  • Snackpass reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

    • Any changes to the Program or its terms will be communicated through the Snackpass platform or via email.


8. Privacy

  • By participating in the Program, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Snackpass Privacy Policy.

  • Snackpass may use the referrer’s and referred party’s information to contact them about the Program and other promotional activities.


9. Liability

  • Snackpass is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or failures that may prevent participation in the Program or the delivery of rewards.

  • Snackpass’s liability is limited to the value of the reward for which the referrer is eligible.
